Google Calendar integration

Rylo CRM offers an optional Google Calendar connection. When a user connects their Google Calendar, appointments booked in the CRM are automatically created as events on that user's Google Calendar, kept in sync as the appointment is edited, and removed if the appointment is cancelled. Linked contacts (and anyone else added as an attendee) are invited to the event so they can see it on their own calendar.
